Refund Policy

This policy is published by Wrap IT Unified Operations Limited ("Wrap-IT", "we", "us") and explains what happens to money you have paid us for a Wrap-IT plan — when it is refundable, how to ask, and how long a returned payment takes to reach you. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to payments made to Wrap IT Unified Operations Limited for a Wrap-IT plan — the Pro plan and any other paid plan sold through wrap-it.app. It does not apply to money you pay third parties for their own services, such as a domain registrar, an email provider or a device vendor you pay outside Wrap-IT.

The free plan involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund: you can stop using it at any time.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove the access you have already paid for.

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it drops to the free plan.
  • Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel from the payment page linked from Plan & billing, or by asking us at support@wrap-it.app.
  • Cancelling does not by itself create a refund for the period already paid — see “What is refundable” below.

What is refundable

Plan fees are paid in advance for a period of service. Except where the law of your country says otherwise, we do not refund a period that has already started, and we do not refund part of a period because you cancelled, changed plan, or stopped using the product mid-period.

  • No refund: a plan you simply no longer need, a plan you forgot to cancel before renewal, or a period you used only partly.
  • No refund: fees for third-party services you bought elsewhere, or charges from your own bank or card issuer.
  • Refundable: money we should not have taken — see the next section.

Where consumer protection law in your country gives you a stronger right — for example a cooling-off period for an online purchase, or a right to a refund when a service is not delivered as described — that right applies and we honour it. Nothing on this page limits it.

When we refund

We refund, or credit the amount back to your account, when the charge itself was wrong. Tell us and we will check the payment records before deciding.

  • You were charged twice for the same renewal or the same plan.
  • You were charged after a cancellation that took effect before the renewal date.
  • You were charged the wrong amount, in the wrong currency, or for a plan you did not buy.
  • A payment was taken for a trial that should not have converted, or for a plan your workspace was not entitled to.
  • We cannot deliver a paid feature that was the reason for your purchase, and a reasonable fix or alternative is not available — in that case we refund the unused part of the period.

If a problem is with something you raised with us and we fix it during your period, the usual remedy is the fix, not a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@wrap-it.app from the address on the account. Please include:

  • The organisation name shown in Wrap-IT.
  • The date and amount of the charge, and the currency it was charged in.
  • The last four digits of the card, or the payment reference if you paid another way.
  • A short description of what went wrong.

We reply within two business days, and we will tell you the outcome and the reason. If a refund is approved, we reverse the payment through the same payment method that took it — we do not pay refunds to a different account or in a different currency.

How long it takes

Once approved, we instruct the refund the same business day where possible. The time for the money to appear with you depends on the payment provider and your bank:

  • Card payments taken through our payment provider: usually 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
  • Naira payments taken through Paystack: usually returned to the card or bank details used for the payment within about 1 to 3 business days of us issuing it.
  • Your bank may add time of its own before the credit shows on your statement.

If the money has not arrived after those windows, write back to the same thread and we will trace the payment with the provider.

Naira and card payments

Wrap-IT charges in the currency of your billing country: naira for customers in Nigeria and other African countries, US dollars for customers elsewhere. A refund is returned in the currency you were charged in.

Because exchange rates move, the amount that lands in your account can differ slightly from the amount you originally paid once it is converted by your bank. That difference is set by the bank and the rate on the day, not by us.

The Business plan is arranged by talking to us rather than by card checkout, so there is no automatic charge to refund; anything you agree with us is governed by the paperwork for that agreement.
