These terms are maintained by Wrap-IT Inc. and govern your use of the Wrap-IT helpdesk, asset, inventory, procurement, and endpoint monitoring platform. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice — if your organization needs a negotiated agreement or a data processing addendum, contact us.

By creating a Wrap-IT account, joining an existing Wrap-IT organization, or otherwise using wrap-it.app, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. Where a signed agreement exists between you and Wrap-IT Inc., that agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
Wrap-IT is organized around organizations. The person who creates an organization becomes its owner and can invite members and assign roles such as admin, technician, finance, and employee. Each role sees a different part of the product.
Some parts of Wrap-IT may be offered free, in trial form, or under a paid plan. Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period, and included usage are those presented to you at the time of purchase or in your order form.
You keep ownership of everything you and your members put into Wrap-IT — tickets, assets, inventory records, vendor and procurement documents, attachments, device inventory, and report configurations ("customer data").
Wrap-IT includes AI assistance: ticket summaries and suggested resolutions, the copilot, procurement part suggestions, endpoint remediation guidance, and executive report summaries.
Wrap-IT can connect to third-party services — for example Microsoft Intune for endpoint monitoring, Google and Apple for single sign-on, email delivery for notifications, and AI assistants that connect through our Model Context Protocol endpoint.

Found a vulnerability? Report it privately to Wrapituoh@gmail.com rather than exploiting or disclosing it. Good-faith reports are welcome.
We apply access controls, row-level data isolation between organizations, encrypted transport, and audit logging of sensitive actions. Security is shared: your organization controls who is invited, which roles they hold, and how credentials are managed on your side.
This page describes practices we operate today. It is not a certification, audit report, or guarantee against every possible incident.
Wrap-IT, its software, design, documentation, and brand belong to Wrap-IT Inc. and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription — nothing more.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.
We aim to keep Wrap-IT available continuously, but we may need to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or change features. We will try to give notice of planned work that causes meaningful downtime.
Support is available at support@wrap-it.app. Service-level commitments apply only where they are set out in a written agreement with us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap-IT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output, SLA predictions, depreciation figures, or monitoring data will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Wrap-IT and close your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk, or if required by law.
Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. After termination, you can request an export for a reasonable period before data is deleted in line with the retention windows in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account owners. Continuing to use Wrap-IT after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
