Terms of Service

These terms are maintained by Wrap-IT Inc. and govern your use of the Wrap-IT helpdesk, asset, inventory, procurement, and endpoint monitoring platform. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice — if your organization needs a negotiated agreement or a data processing addendum, contact us.

This agreement

By creating a Wrap-IT account, joining an existing Wrap-IT organization, or otherwise using wrap-it.app, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means that company.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. Where a signed agreement exists between you and Wrap-IT Inc., that agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Accounts, roles, and organizations

Wrap-IT is organized around organizations. The person who creates an organization becomes its owner and can invite members and assign roles such as admin, technician, finance, and employee. Each role sees a different part of the product.

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by members you invite.
  • Organization owners and admins control access, data visibility, and role assignment within their organization — including the ability to remove members and their access.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not share a single account between multiple people.
  • Tell us promptly at support@wrap-it.app if you believe an account has been compromised.

Plans, trials, and billing

Some parts of Wrap-IT may be offered free, in trial form, or under a paid plan. Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period, and included usage are those presented to you at the time of purchase or in your order form.

  • Fees are charged in advance for the billing period unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of taxes you are responsible for.
  • Plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Trials and free tiers may have usage limits and may be changed or withdrawn; we will not remove access to a paid plan you have already been billed for.
  • Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of everything you and your members put into Wrap-IT — tickets, assets, inventory records, vendor and procurement documents, attachments, device inventory, and report configurations ("customer data").

  • You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display customer data solely to operate and support the service for you.
  • You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you put into Wrap-IT, including data about your employees and devices.
  • Do not upload payment card numbers, government identity documents, or health records — Wrap-IT is not intended for those categories.
  • You can export reports and records at any time from within the product. On account closure, data is deleted according to the windows described in the Privacy Policy.

AI features

Wrap-IT includes AI assistance: ticket summaries and suggested resolutions, the copilot, procurement part suggestions, endpoint remediation guidance, and executive report summaries.

  • AI output is a suggestion, not professional advice. Review it before acting, especially for procurement approvals, device remediation, and anything with financial or security consequences.
  • AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions made in your organization.
  • Actions the copilot proposes — creating tickets, adding comments, raising procurement requests — require your explicit confirmation before they are performed.
  • Relevant context from your organization is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Integrations and connected services

Wrap-IT can connect to third-party services — for example Microsoft Intune for endpoint monitoring, Google and Apple for single sign-on, email delivery for notifications, and AI assistants that connect through our Model Context Protocol endpoint.

  • When you connect a service, you authorise Wrap-IT to exchange the data needed for that integration to work.
  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
  • You can disconnect an integration at any time, and you should revoke any access you no longer need on the provider's side as well.
  • Access granted to an external AI client is scoped to your account and can be revoked by you or an organization owner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or upload malicious code.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to another organization, bypass role restrictions, or probe our systems without written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties outside your organization without our agreement.
  • Reverse engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email through Wrap-IT's notification or vendor-email features.
  • Interfere with the service's performance or overload it with automated traffic, including through our API or MCP endpoint.

Found a vulnerability? Report it privately to Wrapituoh@gmail.com rather than exploiting or disclosing it. Good-faith reports are welcome.

Security responsibilities

We apply access controls, row-level data isolation between organizations, encrypted transport, and audit logging of sensitive actions. Security is shared: your organization controls who is invited, which roles they hold, and how credentials are managed on your side.

This page describes practices we operate today. It is not a certification, audit report, or guarantee against every possible incident.

Intellectual property

Wrap-IT, its software, design, documentation, and brand belong to Wrap-IT Inc. and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription — nothing more.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Wrap-IT available continuously, but we may need to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or change features. We will try to give notice of planned work that causes meaningful downtime.

Support is available at support@wrap-it.app. Service-level commitments apply only where they are set out in a written agreement with us.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap-IT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output, SLA predictions, depreciation figures, or monitoring data will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Wrap-IT and close your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk, or if required by law.

Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. After termination, you can request an export for a reasonable period before data is deleted in line with the retention windows in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account owners. Continuing to use Wrap-IT after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
